Linking Different Workbooks Daily

I work for a construction company and I need to link our employee daily schedule hours to our job costing workbooks. The projects and hours change on a daily basis, along with what projects, and which employees go to each job. Need help linking the daily schedule hours to the job cost hours for each employee. It would be greatly appreciated if anyone could help.
 
Hi,

It will be great if you share some sample data that you have.

If you provide dummy file of "job costing workbooks" and sample records for employee Job details with the project name and numbers of hours worked.
