I'm wanting to link data between an Excel Online worksheet & an Excel 2013 Workbook
These are both saved in my OneDrive - the Online worksheet is shared with multiple users to enter data, with the goal to pull this data into the Workbook.
You can't link these two workbooks as you would with two standard offline workbooks through a basic formula.
Is there a way to pull this via a web query - it seems like this is more difficult than it should.

when i say Online Workbook - the spreadsheet was created in Excel 2013 and then Shared Online by saving to the OneDrive and sending access to other Users.
