line graph not showing lines for single month data

Hi Gaurav ,

A line chart cannot by definition plot one point , since a line can only be defined by 2 points.

You need to use an X-Y chart for the progress series ; see the attached file.

The user need not use an XY Scatter chart type. He can still use a line chart type, as long as he selects a variation that has markers as well as lines.

The difference between a line and a scatter chart is not whether the chart has lines or markers, since you can format both types to have either feature. The difference has to do with how the X axis treats its data.
