Least of Criteria based on Tenure & Age

Looking for a solution that returns a date based on a "least of" two criteria.
One based on Tenure & the other based on Age

Please find enclosed a sample excel sheet

you can try this
=AND(D13<>".",E13<>".",G13<>".")*IF(VLOOKUP(D13,$C$4:$E$8,3,0)<=G13,$F$3,(EDATE(E13,VLOOKUP(D13,$C$4:$D$8,2,0)*12)))
+ apply conditional formatting to hide "0" as date.
