Keep text centered vertically as I scroll

I have a spreadsheet with four columns of long (vertically) merged cells. I would like to know if it is possible for the text to stay visible as I scroll down the page until the next merged cell comes into view.

Basically, the text begins at the top and then finishes at the bottom of the cell as I have scrolled through it.

Short answer, no.

XL is not meant to hold data the way you have it laid out...in general, don't use merged cells, and every row should have data filled in for each column. That will also the AutoFilter to actually work, too. Your example file, you can't filter the first four columns correctly.

Here's your original file updated to be better to data analysis.

I appreciate your advice; I still want to know if you can make the text move as the page is scrolled so it is visible without having to make multiple instances of the each item.
