Jyotish Calculations

Dear Sir,

I want to do some Jyotish calculations in excel. Here rashi, Ansh, Kala & vikala plays a major role.

30 Ansh makes 01 rashi, 60 Kala makes 01 Ansh, 60 vikala makes 01 kala. when rashi is greater than 12 (say 13) then in becomes rashi 01.

Can it be possible in excel....?

Please clarify your last point that how 13 Rashi = 1 Rashi and also 30 Ansh = 1 Rahis....am I able to understand right here?
Also correct if I am incorrect below:

60 Vikala = 1 Kala
60 Kala = 1 Ansh
30 Ansh = 1 Rashi
30 Ansh = 1 Rashi
13 Rashi = 1 Rashi
