Is it even possible? to copy lines down in macros? Clueless I am!

I am working in the 2007 version.

I have this thought/plan to make a macro to do the following. I get a new spreadsheet every week that I manually update. Here is what I normally do.

(first image in PDF)

None of the info will be the same not even in the same order.

What I have to do is look down column E (length) for anything that says :15/:15 and copy the row so it goes directly below it. Keep in mind the spreadsheet is about 200 rows long…

After I do that I have to take the :15/:15 and make it 15 (simple with find and replace)

While I’m doing that I have to change the :30 to be 30 (without the ” : ” ) again simple with find and replace all of that is still for the E column.

Now the tricky part.. Column F Ad-ID I need to split the longer codes. And copy the first part of the code to the first 15 and the 2nd part of the code to the copied row.. see below.

Is there a way to automate this or at least most of it?

Keeping in mind I would just copy the macro to the new sheet every week and let it do the magic excel does!

Please note I couldn't get the images to upload at work. So I uploaded the PDF and that's this post with images.
Thank you in advance for your time.

The only thing that changes on the :30 is the colon ":" simple I know.. However it's only that column. The Airtimes column can not be affected.
