Inventory Database

Hi,

There are 2 sheets, inventory database and invoice template. I want to add a search button in invoice template in every field , be it item name, manufacturer part no or description which is linked to inventory database and can find the item from every option mentioned above. In whichever field ( item name, manufacturer part no, or description) i use the search button it should show all the options available like a drop-down box, so that i can pick the correct one. I can add any number of item rows in invoice template and the search button should work in any row and all of the columns.

Really appreciate it for such a quick work.


But it doesn't have any search button in any of the headings mentioned, neither it allows you to select from the drop down box.

I want it to work like a customized software.

Hi:

What do you mean by search button? You can have searchable drop down through data validation if you prefer, I won't recommend search button for each row/drop down.
