Insert photos in Excel upon name change in a cell

In Excel 2010 I have a comprehensive Master List of 175 people with a large amount of information about each. In a separate tab I created a “SnapShot” of individuals with their skill sets by pulling in the information using INDEX/MATCH FORMULAS. I need to also insert a picture every time a new name comes up from a folder of photos; either directly into a cell or in a comment and I’m at a loss on how to do that. I’d rather not put all the pictures into the same spreadsheet if I did not have to because that would make the file even larger. Can someone help, thanks

I thought I followed the Steps to the letter, but when I change the names I get a code error +run-time error '-2147024809 (80070057): The specified file wasn't found."

Check if it works for you.

Features:

- it accepts multiple file formats (jpg, bmp, gif, png...)

- uses a folder name "Photos" in the same location as the Excel workbook

- has a default image for the cases you don't have one

- cell I1 has the dropdown list, cell H1 the picture name associated

Please advise if need anything else.

So sorry, I missed this post I am working on testing this out right now, and thank you for this. I don't have the leisure to use this sites during the day as much as I would like.
