Index match

Hello,

I believe this is fairly straight forward but I'm having a difficult time remembering how to do an index match for my problem.

I have a list of different herbs Column A-D

Then in column G I want to enter an herb and have Taste column B, Temperature column C, and Element Column D appear in column H, I, and J

So if I enter 'Baihe' (Located in A2) the information from that row will appear H3, I3, J3.

Thank you in advance as this would help tremendously.
