Index and extract the data from the rows

Good morning all, I am working on matching the data and was not successful.
Attached an example excel sheet:

Would like to match Tab Aug Pos column C2 (ID2) no from another tab name Serum Aug to Nov column C2:C31, the extracted data is supposed to be seen in the tab name match and populate. For some reason, I was not able to see the data. Did my formula is wrong, or something I am not including in the excel formula?.

Once we identify the matching no, could it be possible to populate the whole row data from serum Aug to Nov like the following:

ID 3	ID4	Name	Gender	Age
001002170	1058451121	John 1	M	15

serum Aug to Nov-sheet misses (C2) 1068731158 & (C3) 1078734056 -values ... then Match-cannot match those.
If You refer Your formulas H2:H6 then lookup_array should have serum Aug to Nov-sheet.
You Once... Yes, You can do it.
