Incorrect drop-down menu

Good afternoon everyone :),
Can anyone tell me why the drop-down menu in column C doesn't match the list in column N?
I'd like the list in column C to match the list in column N (including the bold words, if possible) :rolleyes:.
Gracias

Your C2 data validation source starts from cell N2 ... instead of cell N1.
Instead of bold ... could You use eg > before text or < after text for those bold?

Hi Vletm, you're always the one who solves my problems!!:DD
Thank you for your time with me.
I tried, but it doesn't come out the same. If you look in the drop-down menu, I have

Veterinary Visit OK
(space -> perfect)
Lab Tests: (I tried with e.g., but it doesn't come out in bold)
Blood, Exhalation, Gastric Juice, Heces, Orinate, Leche, Others...OK

On-Site Tests: OK... then there should be...
Blood, Exhalation, Gastric Juice, Heces, Orinate, Leche, Others that aren't there.

But maybe I understand why. Because they're called like the ones above, right? Maybe I should add an extra letter.

I don't understand why it doesn't pick up the empty cells to separate the drop-down groups.

In theory, I'd like the drop-down menu to appear like the list in N.

I've always used the drop-down menu, but this time I don't understand why it's so difficult.
