In Pivot Table Value Require Special Formatting

In excel 2007 (Pivot Table) I have value 38755.70 but in same cell i required value shown as 00.39
I have tried out with 00#.###,, but value show 00.039
In view of the above your valuable support required.

For value 38755.70 : "00."##, work ok show as 00.39
But for value 5428.00 : "00."##, not work shows as 00.5 instead of 00.05 required.
For five digit work ok, but four digit not work.

Actually my answer was based on your 1st post.
Now the picture is more clear...

Minor difference on leading "0"s.

I am unable to get more better result, hope someone else will update.
Or may be you satisfy with "something is better than nothing" :)
