Ignoring minus and plus WHILE sorting.

Hi All,

Is it possible to get the below-Desired Output by any formula. If the result is in negative then should also be on top or where ever it is in the list. Basically just want to ignore the minues plus, and want to get it sort from Highest to lowest OR lowest to Highest as per the third column..

But when applying to filter, it sorts in its own way.
