If then Duplicates

I have a list of physicians in 1 column and their specialty in the second column. Some physicians have multiple specialties. I am trying to get all the info on one line. So let's say Dr A has 3 specialties, he takes up rows 3, 4, 5. But I'd like the specialty from row 4 to go to C3, B4 to C5, B5 to C6. I tried using an if then statement, saying if C3 matches C2, then move that data, but it's not working well since the number of specialties, therefore matches, is variable.

Is this even possible? See the spreadsheet attached. It will make more sense that way.
