i have 2 column , c1 contains the 3 rows i.e. yes, no , partial. then if yes or no its , no need of change but if partial value came then it must automatically goes in next c2 column for the description. how to do ? any suggestions please.
 
Your worksheet bears no resemblance to your explanation in Post #1. Suggest re-explain using the sample data you provided. You did not provide a mocked up solution as requested. Don't really understand what you want. Try again.
