If else condition on PCR?

Good Morning Excel Experts,

I was just wandering how to give a condition based on the following rules:-

IF PCR = 1 Consolidation
If PCR < 1 Bearish Note: If PCR goes < 0.5 Bullish Reversal
if PCR > 1 Bullish Note: If PCR goes > 2 Bearish Reversal

An excel file is attached along with this mail were the PCR is marked in yellow. This value keeps on changing and i need to apply the above conditions to know the strength of the market. I tried to do it but nothing was working for me. Some experts here do help me out

Thank You Bosco its working fine. This is a completely different formula....i'm just wandering how this is working....I was just struggling doing if , AND OR and u did it in mins. Kudos Bosco.
