If cell is blank results should be blank

Hello Excel Gurus. I have seen the formula in youtube and i have manage to mimic it to come up with our own rolodex in our work area. As you can see in the sample file the "search" cell is blank but it shows everyone on the top list of the database. It works great but i just need it to be blank when the "search" cell is blank. Any help greatly appreciate.
