IF and Or Condition

Hi,

I am trying to write a formula, to return "Yes" in column H, wherever Buyer ID (Column B) is not equal to either Column E, F, or G. Similarly Buyer Parent ID (Column C) should not be equal to either Column E, F, or G. And it should not match blank with blank.
For e.g. in row no. 24, when cell C24 (blank cell) was compared with cell G24(blank cell), it returns as equal, and hence returned "No" in cell H24. However it should be "Yes".

As you can see that, B24 is not equal to either cell E24, F24, G24. and as it was a blank in cell C24 and G24, it matches.

Please help me with the same.

=IF(OR(AND(B3 <> "", ISNUMBER(MATCH(B3,E3:G3,0))),AND(C3 <> "", ISNUMBER(MATCH(C3,E3:G3,0)))),"No","Yes")
