If and lookup formulas

I'm looking for some help, please; I have two files (attached).
On PPM20150805 “Lines data tab”, cells A3 and A4 should be 30, cells A2,A5,A7 and A9 blank, cells A6,A8,A10 and A11 should be 40, the formula I’m using is the one below,

=IF(C4:AZ4="& Line2 &",30,IF(C4:AZ4="","",40))

where “& ine2 &” is pointing to a define name created on sheet 7.

On cells range C2:AZ2, C3:AZ3, C4:AZ4 and so on, need a formula to look at Prod Log Days 050815 (define names already created) Cells B4:B10000 and display on PPM20150805 file, ignoring duplicates without opening Prod Log Days 080515 if itis possible.

Thanks
Rodrigues

Hi Nebu
Firstly, thank you so much for help.
Secondly, if I may, I would like some help on this, I'm trying to make the "define names" to work on the formulas you made (which they work fine as they are); I would like to make the define names so I don't have to amend the date every time I work on the file.
Tried below on columns C towards, but doesn't work:

("'"&BasePath&"[Prod Log Days "&CurrentDate&".xls]A - M'!$A$2:$A$10000")

Could you please help me?
Many thanks.
Regards
Rodrigues
