if & and formula

i put the formula in cell "A2" i like to when enter any value in cell "B2","C2","D2","E2" then cell "A2" value is 0 else 1. problem is value enter in all above cells not one or two cell enter value and execute formula. must 4 cell contain any value then execute the formula.

Can you post an example of what cells B2 , C2 , D2 , E2 can contain ?
