Dear All,
This is one use case where we receive orders from customers, pick up the orders from the restaurants ordered from, bring them back to the distribution center in the city, package the food and hand it over to the logistics partner who then delivers the food to the customer in his city.
Cells A6:A10 has the names of the restaurants, B6:B10 has the names of the dishes, C6:C10 has the time from which the item is available from, D6-D10 has the travel time one rider consumes to reach the restaurant, pick up the order and return to the DC. E6:E10 contains Packaging & conditioning time required for each Item. F6:F10 is the total lead time. G6:G10 is the travel time taken by one rider to deliver the parcel to the logistics partner at the airport.
The mandate is that the parcel needs to to handed over to the logistics partner at the airport 3 hrs prior to the departure of the flight. K6:L10 has the estimated time of departure for some flights. Thus, if a parcel needs to handed over for the flight having ETD of 15:00:00 hrs , then it should be handed over at 12:00:00 which is termed as the "Cut Off" time.
The challenge is to map a flight & corresponding "Cut off" time that will be suitable where the "Estimated time of delivering to the logistics partner" is lesser than the cut off time for the applicable flight.
I am using Excel 2019. Could anyone help me solve this issue?
