Identify which is correct dates

Hi

I have assignment number start date & end date & hrs lost data from this data i want to identify which is correct dates as per assignment number

I attach file i show in color which is correct dates

For this 13456-2 date is 1-apr-17 to 1-apr-17 is correct but next date is 2-apr-17 as start date in this case i want to end which higher so please tell me how to do this

Can you please elaborate your question? Basically you need to identify an entry which has both start and end dates?
