I Need The Proper Functions

i am shop owner and this is a sample so i know from my suppliers what i owe .i am writing the invoice number and the invoice value and how much money i am giving so i know always the balance(how much i still owe every time).

What functions should I write in the cells A10 and D10 so I can get the result I want.i am explain it in the excel file
I wrote what functions I am using but something I am doing wrong and I need help please

Thank you for your answer .is not working properly.i put some values in the cells i mentioned but nothing happens.i post you the sample to show you

Try,

1] All data & formulae started at Row no.10

2] In A10, formula copied down and applied background color for formula cell:

=IF(F10="","","No " &COUNT(F$10:F10))

3] In D10, formula copied down and applied background color for formula cell:

=IF(E10="","",A10)

4] In G10, formula copied down and applied background color for formula cell:

=IF(F10="","",B10+G9-N(E10))

Remark:

5] Be aware to provide a link of your cross post in the next post.

6} To provide color background for your all formula cells. For any new data adding, you should copy down the formula as per required.

i would like to be like this i sent to you now
when i put something in column C get automatically the number in column A(same row) ,and when i put something in column E get automatically the number in column D(same row)

Did You eg take care those rows has formulas in A- & D- columns?
Did You notice that You had something in cell A20 (A20:G27)?
