I need a help to create FX to pull data from 1 sheet to another with 3 diff condition

i have one sheet is Assignment-2 which contains MARKET and section i want i.e.(Overall budget/Executive) to pull data for Overall budget for 2019 from input sheet where in a column Market is given and in column H-I. i want to Create an automatic FUNCTION (fx) to pull the data from INPUT tab in respective columns in other sheet.
