I have a Master Worksheet with columns that need to be copied automatically to two other worksheets in the same workbook. Doing that with copy and paste is not an option (takes to long) the Master will have variable length depending on if staff leave or are added to the company. Prior to the copy I need to verify against downloaded data if the Master (
AD Download) worksheet contains staff that two other sheets (R1 Download and Ever Bridge Download) do not (using the Unique ID column) or if the other two sheets have staff in them(R1 Download and Ever Bridge Download) by Unique ID that the master does not. See attached workbook. Yes, you are all laughing I am sure but really I don't code! Not since Pascal and COBOL and that was over 30 years ago. I have read but do not comprehend the instructions in any of the book.

Excel can't Push data, it must Pull data, so your (AD Download) and (Ever Bridge Download) need to pull the data from wherever on the Master worksheet to wherever they need to go in (AD Download) and (Ever Bridge Download).

Attached is a 3-tab Workbook using addressing protocol in Sheet2 to access (pull) data from tab: Sheet1 and tab: She Is 3 into Sheet2. Note the single apostrophes needed in Sheet2 cell G3 to correctly address the [She Is 3] tab. i.e. ='She Is 3'!A1
Those single apostrophes are not used when you address a standard Sheet1 (not a renamed worksheet)(note Sheet2 cell G2).
