Hyperlink Not woking in Pivot table

I have a raw data with Two columns
Column A: S.NO
Column B:Link(Has a number with hyperlink)

we create a pivo of this and S.No in count and when i click on the count number in pivot table it opens a new sheet with two cloumns wit S.No and Link as heading but i dont see the hyperlink in any of the link data .But i can see the same in raw data .Please help on this issue

Hi badri, and welcome to the forum! :awesome:

As you've discovered, the PivotTable (PT), doesn't retain the hyperlink settings, only the actual value of the cell. Thus, when you double-clicked on a cell in the PT, it just created an output from the PT showing which records made up that cell, and the only data it has is the value.

If you want your users to be able to use the hyperlink, they will need to go to the raw data sheet. If this is happening a lot, or it's how you intend sheet to function, I might suggest that instead of using a PT you instead use Data - AutoFilter. Users could filter down to the records they want to see on the raw data worksheet, and they'll be able to use the hyperlinks there.
