How would I program this sheet

Narayan can you help me please. How would I write the code for this one? I want to count the cells like you did for me in the last sheet and struggling hoe to get it to work properly.

See the file ; there seems to be a disruption between row 19 and row 18.

Ah, I know why and can fix that. In my example I failed to provide you a good pattern )-: sry. The problem us they should always be an even number f cells like Two 3s or 4 6s and if you notice there is only "ONE" number before it changes. My fault but the code should work on a good sheet except when they change.
