How to use Go To on cells that appear blank

I have some cells that appear blank in a report run from a website. I tried ISBLANK and it returns false so something is in there. I tried LEN but it returns zero.

What is going on here? Is there a way I can use Go To in order to highlight all of these cells that appear to be blank?

you can select what rows or columns you that contain the blanks cell that you want to remove. then from Home ribbon choose Find & Select option, then click Go To Special... and from pop out window select Blanks
by the way you have determined the blank cells to highlight

cheers,

Hi bobhc,

i'm really not an excel expert, but try to strive :).
if the cells are not blank as contain apostrophe or any thing would indicate the presence of a null string constant.
I used a simple solution as i can use " Find/Replace" option, as to leave the ''Find What'' box blank, then in the ''Replace With'' box, put a silly word you know the spreadsheet does not contain, then click on ''Find Next'' to make sure it finds a blank cell, then click on ''Replace All'', then replace the bizarre word with a blank. after that somehow we can delete it

Cheers,

HMTL when copied from web and pasted in the Excel can contain various special code characters that are invisible and look like an empty cell
