How to use Data validation for two coloum

One column having Department and other Colum having name of employee.

If I am using the dropdown list for Department once i enter any Dept. the other Colum should show me the member in a dept. with the dropdown list.

Please let me know how to do that.

Can you go through the links , and resolve your problem ? Or do you want help in this ? If so , please upload a sample workbook with some data for department and employees. To know how to upload a file , just use any file-sharing website ( speedy.sh , rapidshare , dropbox ,... ) , upload your file to the website , give others access to your file , and post the access link in this same topic.
