How to use countif in VBA after copy Paste the data on single button

Hi All,
I am trying to automate the report from raw data, but not able to do proper automation. Need your kind help. Pls. help and get me rid of this.
I have Two Data sheets (1. Disti List & 2. Pr Sale). I wish to generate the report from these two sheets in report sheet.
I have completed the copy paste command and now I wish to count how many times same code is repeated in the Pr. sale, but it is not reflecting the formula which I entered. pls help!!

thanks for replying, I wish to use countif through VBA, but how can fill it down in auto mode, it is reflecting only in one cell.
