how to subtract only the different cells from a row

can you help me with one simple table please. I have simple table with two rows, one is with number and other is with text. I need to calculate each text sums. I attached one sample with sumif but I need other formula for the colors. Please help, Thank you

Assuming you are using Excel 2010 or higher. In N3, then copy across.

=IFERROR(INDEX(3:3,AGGREGATE(15,6,COLUMN($B3:$L3)/ISNA(MATCH($B3:$L3,$M3:M3,0)),1)),"")

Nothing happened, it keeps giving me error. Maybe there is something that I have to add. But thanks a lot for your reply

Hello Haseeb, how can I change the formula so it can work if my table is from up to down not from left to right?
