How to show sales coverage on a US map

Hi Everyone!
I'd like to use Excel to visualize sales rep coverage on a US map (I'm hoping this is possible without having to purchase fancy software).

I ran a report that shows me all sales reps that are aligned to State, City, Zip Code. I'd like to assign a color for each sales rep and then see colored points on a US map either by State/City or State/Zip (whichever is easiest) of the sales reps aligned. My ultimate goal is to view the colors and spot incorrect alignments.

So, let's say CT is covered by one rep and his color is blue. If I see a red point in the middle of the state, chances are the red point (that represents a different sales rep) is incorrectly aligned and I can go back and make my corrections.

Is this even possible?? Below is a sample of the data I would use. Thanks!
