Hi
I'm wanting to know how show percentage as a value in a pivot table. I want to know how to remove calculation. I tried using the value field setting and choose no calculation but it's still showing the percentage as a calculation not value. Also in the subtotal column, i don't want to show the percentage as a total but as a value.

Thanks

Hi, the purpose of a pivot is making aggregations... So not clear to me what you want to accomplish and why.
The "no calculations" means you are not doing a calculation within the pivot, like a % vs grand total or whatever. It will always aggregate (sum, count, average, min, max...) the data based on the dimensions it finds in the row/column coordinates. It is how a pivot works. Seems you do not want the pivot to work as a pivot?
Perhaps if you upload a sample workbook things become more clear. With Power Query you can accomplish pivot without "aggregation".
