How to set 3 digit comma separation and 2 digit comma separation in same sheet

Hi I have column1 INR value with 2 digit comma separation , in column 2 with DOLLOR value but i need to set 3 digit comma separation (Ex: 100,000.00).
both in same sheet.

if we change in regional setting it change in all the value.

Please suggest.

Have You tried those with Custom Formatting?
Your above ... like picture ... do it show which You would like to get or something else?
Try to send an Excel-file which shows some samples

Hi Searched for Comma separation, i got NIL result.

let me explain what exactly i am facing.
In regional setting i set Indian Grouping so all digit separated by 2 numbers

in same sheet i need column 1 Indian Grouping and column 2 English Grouping.

as i set Indian Grouping as regional setting how can i bring both in single sheet.

currently i am getting Indian Grouping in Column 1 and 2.

i need help to change the column 2 English Grouping.

Hope now its clear, please suggest.

Did You really check that my link (reply #3)?
There were exact solution for You.
... as You could see in that snapshot too.
... or what is missing?
C-column shows three variations of Indian way and
E-column shows with non-English way.
If You've still some challenges, then as I asked
Try to send an Excel-file which shows some samples ( reply #2 )

Column 2 i am not getting as i mentioned above English format.

both format needed in same sheet.

All of those format are in same sheet;

In that link i expected solution not their.
also please note C4,C5,C6 not expected format. expected format : 100,000,000
E3 - E6 11,976.48 but i want 100,000,000

regarding sample file , it will not work as it based on regional setting, it will be differ from my computer and yours.

I explained in-detail above.

yes we want as you mentioned "will do use everywhere same value ( 100,000,000 )?"

You skipped few questions...
I see ... You're using in India Rs 100.00.00.000
and with other Countries $ 1.000.000.000.
... then You'll get about 83497 times more.
I have no more questions.

Hi, as explained in post #3 Chandoo's link - a must read ! - whatever the Windows Regional settings​
you must use a custom number format for any cell needing another setting …​
