How to separate a column in diferent rows

Hey guys,

If you may help me solve a problem. I have a file with information which looks like this

and like this



Is there a way to do all of this information to be sorted out in separate columns like name, address, phone. What is your oppinion?

I don't know to solve your problem but maybe other member of this forum should be look after your post but you must upload your excel file not a picture

Hello Belleke, from the attached screenshot it seems the cells are merged...
I'm not sure your macro (grappig om Nederlands te zien in de code) will work in that situation.
Mariya, please post a sample file as per forum rules. I spot some different patterns, not all data blocks are the same in number of rows, and that might make it more difficult to solve.

Without using VBA may be you can use transpose under paste special. This is not a good idea.

Thanks everybody! The file is allready not available, I am sorry. I wanted to learnd more but I deleted it by mistake and could not find it anymore :-( Thank you guys for your desire to help me!

Hi Mariya, don't upload your real workbook but just small sample excel file that has same lay out and situation with your real workbook with your detail explanation about your desired results
