How to send email from excel

Hi guys just need help to send email to staff with range of their monthly duty roster.

if you will look at the file i have staff names, their shift and email address in cell AH, i need

help on this, If i clike on the email address the outlook should open and it should select

the name of the staff and his/her duty schedule range and should send email with just one

click,i have enclsoed the file ...
