How to send email from excel with selected range

just need help on the enclsoed sheet to send email to staff with the selected range of duty roster, as you see in the sheet the name and duty is mention for Dec 2015, when i click on email it should select the range with name and his/her duty roster and open outlook to send email...

help will be highly appericiated.
