how to refer data from multiple sheets (with applied condition) & bring into 1sheet by givn criteria

sheet1 referred as frontend other sheets as data.
sheet1 sheet2 sheet3
i/p 102013 COD-102013 IVN701245

now in sheet1 should refer the input in sheet (ignoring starting 4letters) considering rest numbers show the column name separate and row number by formula, i tried myself it works in same sheet (i.e. on sheet2) but i needed data on sheet1.
