how to pull rows from sheet 1 into sheet 2, but only if the row in sheet 1 starts with a quantity.

Morning all.

I've attached a sample sheet.

I'm trying to create an invoice (sheet 2) from a delivery note (sheet 1)

I only want to pull through rows that start with a quantity.

I've added a layout on the right of sheet 2 showing how I'd like the sheet to look.

Any help would be great.
