How to pull data from the website.

Hi Experts

Situation – We have a common intranet website, where all our files gets saved and updated periodically. There are 3 activities which we perform.

  • First – we open the site and select our team name from the list available on the site.

  • Second – There is a drop-box from where we select our client name. It displaces the data in the body of the website.

  • Third - There is an option to export this data into excel. We select this option and it asks us the saved option.
Is there any way to make this process automate? I researched a bit and find that there is something called WebCrawler. Is this WebCrawler will be useful in the above case.

Pls check the file URL as sometimes same reflects the required criteria depends on site engine.

I have no idea about webcrawler.

It would helpful if we can access the site.
