How to plot a dynamic graph, which ignores error and blank cells?

I need to plot a dynamic graph for looked up values in Sheet3. The graph shall pick only those data for which "date" is available, and ignore the rest of rows.
I have plotted a sample graph, but its concentrated as the data available is too less as compared to cells selected. My problem is I cannot reduce the cells selected as it changes with the change in dates. Also, there are some error in data for given dates. NA function is used intentionally to make the graph smooth.
