How to permutate a list

Hi,

I have a list of 100 cities in an Excel sheet like

Dallas
Fort Worth
Austin
El Paso

I want to display the flight hours from each of these cities to the other like

Dallas to Fort Worth
Dallas to Fort Worth
Dallas to Austin
Dallas to El Paso

Fort Worth to Dallas
Fort Worth to Austin
Fort Worth to El Paso
Fort Worth to El Paso

In that order.

The problem is, there are hundreds of cities so its quite laborious to manually permutate this way.

My question:

Can Excel perform this permutation for me automatically?

or Is there a tool like

which generates the permutation for me?
This tool is similar to the effect I want but it accepts only a few entries.

I have attached an Excel sheet to illustrate the problem.
