How to open shared folder which is in cloud through vba

Dear Experts

It's my first post, and I am new in this forum, I need your help, if I have many excel files stores in shared folder on cloud, then how we can open Excel file on Excel application not in web browser.

Open Excel and go open files option and add the network place in cloud where files are stored which can be opened.
