How to Move Recorded Macro From 1 Pc to Another Pc

Dear Sir

I have recored Macro In Perosnal Folder in My PC having Shortcut Key CTRL+q and CTRL+W. Now i want to run this macro in Another Pc. How can I Move this recorded Macro.

Please Help me
