How to make Charts ( Separate & Together )

Hi Friends,

I want to make a chart which will show total sales of MRI & total no of cases of MRI,
total sales of CT & total no of cases of CT and so on. ( Separately )

Or can the same can be shown together with a better view.


I had tried doing it but the result is not satisfying.

Request help on this.

Thanks a lot Chirayu. But can you please make me understand step wise in excel via screen shot how the same had been done because it is perfectly OK and I can make the same once I am shown how to do that.

1) Go to Insert Tab
2) Choose 2D Column chart
3) Right click on the 2D Column chart and click on Select Data
4) Click on Add
5) Put Series name as MRI case
6) Put Value range B8:D8
7) Click OK
8) Click on Add
9) Put Series name as MRI Sales
10) Put Value range B2:D2
11) Click OK
12) Click on edit (right hand side)
13) Write - Apr,May,Jun
14) Click Ok
15) Click Ok
16) Right click on the red bar (MRI Sales) and click on Format Data Series
17) Select Secondary Axis
18) Click close
19) Right Click on the blue bar
20) Click on change series chart type
21) Choose Line graph
