How to make a button which searches dates in a period of time?

Hallo, everybody!

I am still a noob in Excel and now I'm doing an exersice.
I am working on a table, but I'm stuck, can you pleasse help me?
This is just a test table, I need to make a way to search by date:
I need a button which searches dates in a period. I'm sorry but my english is not that good. I mean: in one cell you put start period to search, let's say 01.04.2015, in the other cell you put the end period for the search, for example 31.04.2015.
I want the result to be: all the policies which have payment or end date in the period mentioned above.
The other thing is: search by policy number or name?
Is there any way to make a client database. I mean - when you click on a client name to go to another table with information about the client - full name, adress, e-mail, or to make a button in which you fill the information about the client and that information to be stored auto in the table?
This is for my use only and I am really trying to make this work. I have tried to do it on acces but I haev never used acces till now.

Any ideas?
