How to keep lines consistent when changing tasks in slicer?

I'm working on a report to calculate resource capacity, and I was asked if it's possible to "freeze" the lines when a task name is selected, once the team name is selected. The goal is to visualize stacked bars that update based on task name selection, showing the total FTE by status and comparing it with the frozen lines.

I tried editing the interactions, but it didn't seem to have any effect. Is this achievable? If not, I'm open to suggestions or alternative approaches.

So, ideally, I would like to see the lines in the first image remain the same in the second image.
