How to insert marker in the in-cell continuum formulae

Hi Friends,

I have a set of data that consists of actual salary and the market 25th Percentile, 50th Percentile, and 75th Percentile. I have created an in-cell continuum using the REPT formula for the market P25, P50, and P75. Now I would like to insert a marker (actual salary) ALONG the continuum.

I am struggling to insert the marker. I would appreciate it if there is any tips to share on this? Thanks alot !
