How to Insert a calendar in Excel

Hi Solvers,


Greetings !!


We are in phase of creating a form - Date is one of the field , User has to enter from and to date , For that i want to show a calendar with condition Past - 3 Years from today's date and upto present date, User is not allowed to choose beyond these dates

From the VBA editor (Alt-F11 from Excel), Tools, References, check if you have this references enabled:

Visual Basic for Applications

Microsoft Excel 14.0 Object Library (or the number of your Excel version)

OLE Automation

Microsoft Windows Common Controls-2 6.0 (SP4)

Microsoft Common Dialog Control 6.0 (SP3)

Microsoft Forms 2.0 Object Library.


Then from the insert control tool menu, choose MonthView control.

PS: In fact, that control is located in only one of the above references, and maybe in one of those which come by default, but I don't remember in which one in particular. You can try disabling one by one to find out the reference you need and omit all additional except that one.
